Twenty-eight minutes, built almost entirely from still photographs, and it contains a more complete time-travel story than any feature I have seen.
There is exactly one moving shot. It lasts about two seconds and it is the only moment in the film where someone is awake and present rather than remembering. Putting motion there, and nowhere else, means the technique is not a budget constraint dressed up as style. It is the argument.
